Explosion-proof units designed for operation under explosive atmosphere of type Â-ÒÏÅ-200-230ÓÕË4

 

They are installed in mines, underground mine working, on gas-distribution stations and etc. They provide for proper operation under explosive atmosphere.

Operation conditions.

Climatic environmental factors:

- ambient temperature upper value is 308 K (35C);

- ambient temperature lower value is 263 K (-10C);

- relative humidity upper value is 98% at temperature of 308 K (35C);

- the rectifier should provide for reliable and stable operation after being in inoperative state at temperature ranging from 233 to 333 K (from -40C to +50C).

The rectifier mass (gross) in shipping container, max. 3300 kg.

Dust-proof version of type

Â-ÒÏÏ-250-500ÓÕË4 IP54

 

It is ideal to power resistive actively inductive loads under the mode "on-off" with direct unstabilized current. The above loads require rectified voltage regulation. Carbide silicon heaters and electric furnace heating elements are main load.

They provide for highly reliable and long-tern operation under non explosive medium with current conducting dust. The unit maintains high power values under severe conditions.

The rectifier operates and maintains its parameters at ambient temperature ranging from +5 to +50C. Relative humidity upper value is 80% at temperature of 25C.

There are two control modes of the rectifier - remote and local. Remote control is effected either from standard remote control desk or from standard remote control desk from another equipment that is ideal for remote control with control signal "0-10V" ("4-20mA") and de-energized make contact. Local control is effected from control board of the rectifier.

Output voltage smooth build up.

High reliability and longevity is assured by availability of single SPTA set (with automatic equipment panels).

Operation security is effected by availability of built-up rectifier electronic system for protection against short circuits (internal and external); the rectifier operation mode the rectifier operation mode under two-phase load; power thyristors temperature elevation.

An indicator indicates the consumer of rectifier on-state, current overload (more than 110% of rated value).

Duration of guarantee and service life is up to 10 years.

The rectifiers are cooled with forced air cooling. There is no need in auxiliary adjustment on rectifier operation site. It is suffice to connect supply mains and load.

Manufacture and delivery of rectifiers adjusted for other values of output current and voltage are available according to customer's order.

 
 

Rectifier units of type ÂÀÊÑ and ÂÀÊÑ-Ì

 

The rectifier units ideal for supply of power using equipment with rectified current under temperate sea climate, are readily available.

 Static  converters are ideal for converting three-phase alternating current of 220  or 380 V, 50 or 400  Hz into rectified current of 30, 115 è 230V.

 

Rectifiers for electrolysis and electroplating

Supply mains – single-phase, 220 V, 50 Hz.

Mass - 85 kg.

The rectifier designed for charging acid- and alkali storage batteries with regulated stabilized current, has been developed and is readily available.  The rectifier may be used when operating under active load where high accuracy direct current stabilization is required.

 

 

Welding rectifier units of type "ÂÀÊ"

 

Supply mains – three phase, 220, 380 V, 50 Hz.

Overall dimensions (width õ depth õ height) - 573 õ 550 õ 940  mm.

Mass – 150 - 190 kg.

 The rectifiers convert three-phase a.c. 220 or 380 V,  50 Hz  into direct one and are ideal for storage batteries charging, using equipment power with direct current, welding by current ranging from  100 to     390 À at voltage of 25-30 V under the mode of reclosing of  60% during welding cycle for 5 min.

They are designed for process plants with synchronous – hysteresis engines (ÑÃÄ) and provide for:

- prolonged electric supply with current of  increased frequency of ÑÃÄ mounted in batteries;

- stepwise sections of ÑÃÄ start at voltage and frequency of 220 V-1/3 Frat, 300 V-2/3 Frat, 400 V- Frat, with use of capacitor movable starter;

-  ÑÃÄ overexcitation with subsequent voltage step down up to the level of 250 … 380 volts;

- voltage automatic overexcitation and regulation at converter output when if only one of  ÑÃÄ sections drops out of synchronism;

- runaway up to synchronous  rotation frequency  (load pick up) of ÑÃÄ that are braked during its run out at frequency of their rotation that is equal to 1/3 Frat and beyond;

- electric supply reservation of 100 % load of adjacent converter when it becomes inoperative.

 

Charging rectifier units of type "ÂÀÊÇ"

The rectifiers basic field of application is water purification from iron – and other metals ions. The rectifiers may be also used under other types of active load where high accuracy of direct current stabilization is required, including sewage purifying plant.
