Rectifiers for water purification of types Â-ÒÏÅÐÀ, Â-ÒÏÅ
Rectifiers ideal for power d.c. using equipment, have been developed and are readily available. Their main application consists of water purification from iron - and other metals ions. The rectifiers may be also used under other types of active load where high accuracy of d.c. stabilization is required, including sewage purification plants.
Basic advantages of new rectifiers are as follows:
1. Ingenious thyristors control system mounted on one printed-circuit board built around state-of-art microelectronics. To increase control system reliability, the printed-circuit board is implemented with single-sided printed wiring;
2. D.c. regulation and automatic stabilization is effected by dint of thyristors mounted on converter transformer secondary winding;
3. Settings range of the current to be stabilized varies from 10 to 100% of rated value as output voltage changes from 25 to 100% of rated value;
4. Output current stabilization accuracy is ±2%;
5. Reversible rectifiers change automatically output current polarity with equal duration periods of the current of both directions. Time settings of each direction of current range from 2 to 20 min;
6. High power factors - efficiency and Cos ô;
7. Operation reliability and security is provided by mains automatic switch, screen windings of transformer equipment and built-inprotection system against short-circuit currents and overload;
8. Duration of gurantee and service life is up to 10 years;
9. Maintenance accessibility.
All rectifier components are accessible for maintenance on one face side.
The rectifiers are cooled with natural air cooling. Auxiliary adjustment is not necessary on rectifiers operation site. It will suffice to connent supply mains and load.
Manufacture and delivery of rectifiers with other values of output current and voltage is available if ordered by the customer.
Supply mains 3 x 380 V x 50 Hz with neutral wire.
