Rectifiers for water purification of types Â-ÒÏÅÐ, Â-ÒÏÅ

        Non-reversible  Â-ÒÏÅ and reversible Â-ÒÏÅ rectifiers of new generation have been developed  and manufactured  on full-scale. They are ideal  to power electroplating  bath with constant current. The rectifiers show  their  multipurpose use, as well as excellent technical data. The rectifiers have been designed on the base of state-of- art components, materials and advanced technologies.

        Unlike previously manufactured rectifies, new ones provide for 100 per cent control of output current and voltage, in doing so, high accuracy of their stabilization is available.

        The rectifiers may operate  at other types of active load where high accuracy of stabilization of d.c. and direct voltage setting is required.

        Thyristors, mounted on secondary side of converter transformer, control direct current.  

Basic  advantages of new  rectifiers:

 

1. state-of art  thyristors control system, that is built around microelectronics,  is mounted  on single  printed  circuit board . To increase  the control system reliability the printed circuit board  represents itself single-sided printed circuit board, its connection  with external electric wiring  is available  by dint of connector ;

2. range of  setting of current  to be stabilized varies from  10 to 100 % of rated  value as output voltage  changes from 15 to 100 %  of rated value; 

3. range  of settings of voltage to be stabilized varies from 15 to 100 %  of rated value as output current  changes from  10 to  100 % of rated value;

4. accuracy of output current  or voltage stabilization is ± 2 %;

5. rectifier control by dint of  external  control desk is provided;

6. excellent  power engineering values – efficiency  and Cos ô;

7. automatic breaker installed at the rectifier input, shielding  windings of transformer equipment , as well as built-in protection system against short-circuit currents  and current overload provide for reliable and  safety operation; 

8. guarantee duration  and service life  is up to 10 years; 

9. maintenance convenience. Access to all rectifier elements   is available  only on face side.
